Why Corporate Chaplaincy?

A note about my approach:

My training in spiritual care is not based in religion. It is centered in the lived experiences of you.

As an Interfaith Trauma Chaplain

my role is to accompany you to discover what you need to restore your spiritual balance.

Chaplaincy is not psychotherapy.

It does not travel through pathology.

Our relationship will explore existential questions. We'll journey together through the ups, downs, ins and outs of your life.

We'll explore embodied solutions to restore your spiritual health and wellness,

so you are empowered to live your best and most fruitful life.

In today's fast-paced and often stressful corporate environment, the well-being of Employees is paramount. A Corporate Chaplain Program offers a unique opportunity to enhance workplace culture by providing spiritual support, guidance, and resources tailored to meet the diverse needs of your workforce. This program fosters an environment that respects all faith traditions while promoting overall spiritual, mental and emotional health & wellness.

What is a Corporate Chaplain?

As in Interfaith Chaplain I provide spiritual care in the workplace. I offer confidential support for Employees navigating personal challenges—whether related to work-life balance, grief, family issues, or spiritual questions. Unlike traditional counseling services that may feel clinical or removed from everyday life, a Corporate Chaplain creates an approachable and compassionate presence within an Organization. 

NOTE: The most economical approach is a scheduled ‘block time presence’ at the Organization, typically managed through an ERG (i.e., half day weekly, full day monthly, etc.)
